There are no refunds available from Index Option King. Any service that has been subscribed to is non-cancelable and non-refundable. A service may, however, be put on hold at the subscriber’s request for a limited time; this will be disclosed to the client upon request. The service will be discontinued after the date of the holing period.
Index Option King will see to it that all client complaints are immediately addressed. The customers can file a complaint by writing to the Index Option King support platform.
